Nikki Sciurba
FOUNDER & EVENT PLANNER
A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, I fell in love with weddings and event planning while in college. After spending a few years in Seattle as an event planner and exploring the Pacific Northwest, I returned to my home state and joined the Homewood team in 2015, launching CLE shortly there after. Founder of Carolina Love Events, I've been told I have a photographic memory and a love of events like no other. When I'm not event planning, I am cheering on my Tarheels and Panthers, or out exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains, which I'm proud to call home.
My favorite part about wedding coordination is the tiny details. It is such a rewarding feeling when they all come together! That, and the moment when the bride joins hands with the groom to start the ceremony. I tear up every time.

Having traveled and grown up in many places, I finally settled in North Carolina and have called it home for the past twelve years. While living in Chapel Hill for the past six years, I had the pleasure of working with many different vendors to help plan and design weddings in the Triangle area. I love all aspects of wedding planning and design and am excited to get started with Carolina Love Events in Asheville! When I am not event planning, I like to explore new places with my dog Mellow, paint or sketch.
My favorite wedding moment is the couple’s first dance. Whether it be before dinner or to kick-off the dance floor, I love this intimate moment in a room full of their closest friends and family. I know it’s a moment they will remember forever. And I am always curious to see which song each couple picks for their first dance!

As a native of Asheville, I grew up around the service and hospitality industry. I always leaned toward event planning, and in 2017 I began planning my first full weddings, and I was hooked! Every wedding is different, and I love the details, the design, and the dynamic between everyone involved. The wedding community here is incredible, and I love my clients like family. I can't imagine doing anything else.
I'm here to make sure you can trust me with every detail, big and small, so that you can take it all in and truly enjoy your day. I can't wait to start planning!
My favorite wedding day moment is always the parent dances. I learn so much more about my couple when I see who they chose to dance with on their special day, and which songs they picked. I always tear up a bit!
Haley Moore
EVENT PLANNER
Born and raised in the beautiful mountains of WNC, I moved to Asheville after graduating from Western Carolina University. Years of work in food and beverage led me to a position as a brewery Event Coordinator where I quickly realized that my love of to-do lists and organization were the perfect fit for the wedding industry! When I’m not assisting with weddings, I enjoy hiking with my husband, reading, and binge watching Netflix shows with my cats.
My favorite part of any wedding is the recessional. You can see the new couple’s stress melt away as they joyfully skip back down the aisle. This is the official beginning of their wedding celebration and the happiness in that moment is contagious!

From organizing wellness retreats in the Costa Rican rainforest to helping produce sold out music festivals throughout the US, the last decade of my life has been based on discovering my passion for event planning and fearlessly taking any opportunity to make a memorable event happen. Drawn to Asheville in 2019 for its down-to-earth charm and natural surrounding beauty, I knew it was only a matter of time before I got involved with creating events in the heart of this beautiful city I chose to call home. When not planning events, you can find me raising my newborn daughter, playing guitar, practicing yoga, and experimenting with healthy yet delicious recipes in the kitchen.
My favorite part about a wedding is the first look between the bride and groom. After all the preparation and anticipation, that moment sparks the beginning of what is sure to be their most memorable day together yet!
